Greek Freak


I realize that this isn't totally Greek because it doesn't have lamb or that awe inspiring tzatziki sauce. However, it does have feta and some super lush greens that just make my heart skip a beat.

Also, I'm trying out a different layout. Why? Because the pictures suck today. I could apologize but I was hungry and this was delicious.

Best-o Pesto Sandwich


Ingredients: Onion poppy ciabatta bread, arugula, spinach, swiss cheese, chicken, and a pesto sauce I made

Pesto Sauce: Mayonnaise, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, pesto

Tip: Heat the bread with the chicken so that when you put the cheese on it melts just a wee bit.

Betta Be Feta


Ingredients: the freshest of strawberries, pastrami, Mediterranean feta, whole wheat toasted crackers

Ever since I saw Ratatouille I've been obsessed with pairing fruit with cheese. More specifically, strawberries with cheese. The spices in this feta and the sweetness of the strawberries (from a small market in Gilroy, California) are such a fantastic combo, I can't even handle it.
